1) Nature of Service
Quick Towing USA LLC ("Company") operates a referral and dispatch service. The Company is not a towing motor carrier and does not perform towing services. All towing services advertised on this website are performed by independent, licensed third-party providers ("Network Providers"). The Company's role is limited to receiving consumer service requests and dispatching them to available Network Providers. Network Providers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of the Company. The Company does not own tow trucks, employ tow truck drivers, or hold state motor carrier or towing operator licenses, as such licenses apply to entities performing towing services and not to lead referral or dispatch services.
2) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or using our dispatch services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
3) Service Description
Quick Towing USA LLC operates as a dispatch and referral network connecting customers with independent towing and roadside assistance providers. Quick Towing USA LLC does not directly perform towing or roadside services.
4) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to request services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
5) Service Requests & Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your location, vehicle, and the nature of the issue. You are responsible for ensuring safe access to your vehicle and for following reasonable safety instructions. In unsafe conditions (e.g., traffic hazards, severe weather, unstable terrain), service may be delayed or declined.
6) Pricing, Quotes & Payments
Prices are determined by the independent service provider and may vary based on distance, vehicle type, time of day, weather, road conditions, and service complexity. Quotes provided by dispatch are estimates unless explicitly stated as fixed. Payment is generally collected by the service provider at completion of service.
7) Response Times & Availability
We strive to dispatch service quickly (often within 15-30 minutes); however, response times are not guaranteed and may vary due to traffic, location, weather, call volume, and provider availability.
8) Cancellations
If you cancel after a provider has been dispatched or has arrived, you may be responsible for a cancellation, service, or trip fee as determined by the provider. Please notify dispatch as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
9) Limitation of Liability
Quick Towing USA LLC is not liable for the acts, omissions, conduct, or service quality of independent providers. Any claims regarding service performance, damages, delays, or fees should be resolved directly with the service provider. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick Towing USA LLC disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10) Disputes
If you have a service issue, you should first contact the service provider. If needed, you may also contact our dispatch support for assistance in communicating or documenting concerns. We may request details to investigate.
11) Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Harass, threaten, or abuse dispatch staff or service providers
- Provide false location or vehicle information
- Interfere with website operation or attempt unauthorized access
12) Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and branding on this website are the property of Quick Towing USA LLC and may not be used without prior written permission.
13) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the state where service is requested, without regard to conflict of law rules.
